Dr. Prae - 4 weeks post op report

Main Post:

When I’ve mentioned that I was doing the SRS with Dr. Prae in Thailand someone mentioned I could be the first one and that it would be useful to have some reports on that, so here I am.

While I doubt I’m actually the first case in this side of the world, maybe I am the first one vocal about it.

So, contrary to popular belief, Dr Prae speaks very good English. Probably better than Dr Suporn.

I’ve did a team surgery on September 6th, and I’ve met Dr. Prae on the 5th and just after surgery she came to check on me. Other than that I saw her only two other times: the day I was removing the “packaging”, probably 7 days post op (my memory fails me) and in my first appointment at the clinic, but those two times she was with dr Suporn and she was very quiet.

When she is by herself she is very friendly and talkative, much more than Dr Suporn.

My results are really good, I’m really happy. And I felt very little pain over the entire process (managed to avoid the strong drugs almost entirely).

I’ve got a bit less than average depth, but I’m fine with that... and time to depth is really fast: under 5 minutes usually, but seem to be getting harder as the time passes. In Chonburi sometimes I was under 2 minutes.

I don’t know how much of these results (if any) can be attributed to Dr Prae’s participation in the surgery, as I don’t know how they split their work in team surgeries. What I can tell is that my surgery was longer than usual (7 hours), but other than that I’ve got a very speedy recovery with less pain than average.

So if you are considering Team Surgery with the Suporn Clinic, my experience says that it can produce good results. At least from a 4 week post op point of view.

Top Comment: Congratulations, pleased it's gone well :) This is a new one on me though - what's "time to depth"?

Yes I picked up the same pair and love them. I've been wearing DMs for 36 years now and have ran the gamut from 7 eye Highlanders, to 20 eyelet and a ton of others and I might upset some folks , but my Solovairs I just got are by far the sharpest and most comfortable boots I've bought in 36 years of buying boots.

"Chess.com believes cheating is much less rampant than people are suggesting now (0.14% of their members)."

They also say (on their Online Chess Cheating page) that it's 0.02% for online chess in general (so they are 7x worse?), and they close 800 accounts per day, and while most cheaters just go away, my guess is that some are repeated spammers to get the numbers so high. Otherwise they make no sense (50000 new accounts per day and 800 closed for cheating is 1.6%).
